The project consists of reconstructing the gravel base, installing drainage improvements, and asphalt paving. The limits of the project begin at theparks department building and extend south to JP Road. Expected to be in process 2023-2024.
Phase 1
Knife River will begin work on the Monegan Road Improvements Project on Monday September 30th, 2019 (weather permitting). Monegan Road will be closed to through traffic between JP Road and Voerman Road. Access will be limited to local properties along Monegan Road.
The project consists of reconstructing the gravel base, installing drainage improvements, and asphalt paving. The limits of the project begin at the junction of Voerman Road and Monegan Road extending 1,600 lineal feet to the south along Monegan Road terminating at the Parks Department building.
