City Beach Gazebo's are available in the following Time Blocks: 6am-11am, 12pm-5pm, 6pm-11pm, or All Day.
City Beach gazebo's have the following occupancy limits which are not to be exceeded: Gazebo 1, 2 and 4 - Limit 15 people. Gazebo 3 - Limit 20 people.
If you will be consuming alcohol during your event, select "Yes", as you require an Alcohol Consumption permit. If you will be selling alcohol at your event, you require a Special Event Permit. For guidelines and the application form, visit https://www.cityofwhitefish.org/429/City-Forms-Permits
Alcohol consumption is limited to within the gazebo. Open alcohol in public parks is not permitted.

Gazebo rental cancelations are non-refundable. Reservations can be exchanged for an alternate date. Under extenuating circumstances, a refund request can be submitted to the City Manager for review.
